30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you’re unsatisfied for any reason within the first 30 days of your subscription, we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.

This applies to both monthly and annual plans.

Annual Subscriptions Past 30 Days

If you cancel an annual subscription after the 30-day window, we will issue a prorated refund for the unused portion of your term.

Monthly subscriptions are not refunded past 30 days since you can cancel anytime and your access runs through the end of the billing period.

How to Request a Refund

Two options:

  1. Email us at luckypipe@pipelab.org with your account email and we will process the refund.
  2. Through Polar. Log into the Polar customer portal to manage your subscription. For refunds, email us or contact Polar support directly.

All refunds are processed through Polar.sh (our payment processor) and returned to your original payment method. Expect 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.

What Happens After a Refund

Your Pro features stay active until your current license token expires. Tokens are issued with a maximum validity of 45 days, so Pro features will stop working within that window.

After expiration, Pipelock falls back to Community mode. All scanning, blocking, and security features continue working. You just lose multi-agent coordination features (named profiles, per-profile policies, budgets).

Nothing bricks. Nothing stops protecting your agents.
